What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. It sets no cookies. We do not collect your name, email or any other personal details through it.
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) receives technical information your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps it only for a short period under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
When you contact us
Buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or Google Maps. Once you leave this site, those services handle your information under their own privacy policies (WhatsApp / Meta, Google). When you message or call us, we use what you send only to answer you and to hold your table, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Embedded content
The films, videos and images on this site are stored on our own hosting. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers, so visiting a page does not tell any other company that you were here.
Your rights
Under Dominican law (Ley 172-13 on personal data protection) and, where they apply to you, other privacy laws such as the EU GDPR, California's CCPA or Brazil's LGPD, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at +1 849-451-2030 and we will answer within 30 days.
How long we keep it
WhatsApp messages and call records about a reservation are kept only as long as needed to hold your table and answer follow-up questions, and are deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them. We keep no records from this website itself.
Children
We serve alcohol only to adults aged 18 and over. This website is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
